MCS Returns Policy
Merchandise purchased from MCS may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the exception of digital goods (software, gift cards, etc)
Returns with the original packaging and receipt are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
Returns still in mint condition but missing the original packaging, if within 14 days, qualify for store credit only minus a restocking fee of 5%.
No refunds or store credits will be issued after 14 days.
Items with Apple iCloud, Android, or other activation locks enabled are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Special Order Refund Policy
Special orders for parts, devices, or accessories not in stock are non-refundable, unless the order is not fulfilled within 30 days of placement.
MCS Warranty Policy
MCS provides a limited one-year on-island warranty for products priced above $99.99 (excluding repairs).
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturer defects. Physical damage (including water damage, cracked screens or casings) and forgotten passwords are not covered. Devices must be free of iCloud, Android, or similar activation locks.
At its discretion, MCS may repair or replace the product with a new, used, or refurbished item of similar condition.
Any replacement or repair carries the remaining warranty period from the original purchase date.
Warranty service will be completed within 45 days of receiving the device under a valid claim.
